PETIT CHABLIS 2014 AC Petit Chablis
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BOUCHARD PERE & FILS
Bright light straw colour. Youthful, very slightly spicy, faintly peppery, apple-lemon, mineral-tinged nose. Very dry, medium-light bodied, faintly spicy, tangy, lemon-apple-melon flavours with a lingering, crisp, mineraly, unoaked finish. Best with seafood. Needs time to evolve - decant and/or open the day before enabling it to breathe and open up. TONY ASPLER: 88.5 - BEST BUY - Pale straw colour; lemony apple nose with a mineral note; very dry, youthful, green pineapple and apple flavours; lively on the palate with good length. Has 12% alcohol and with lot number L15074480 on the capsule. Will improve immensely with another year or so of aging! CSPC 51466
