| Icewine should not be locked into the idea of winter. Poured over your fresh fruit salad, it will help to accentuate the freshness of the fruit. Sipped, chilled, with some cheese or a fruit flan, it will add the final perfect touch to the early summer meal. Though it is sweet, the acids present in these wines in their youth help to wake up, not weigh down, the palate. |
