| What a wine! Deep bright golden yellow colour, the nose is exquisite - intense, sweet, spicy, honeyed, warm caramel combined with bright, ripe, citrusy, apple-apricot fruit. One sip reveals all - sweet, succulent and spicy with honeyed, apple-apricot puree flavours with a lingering, bright, Seville orange marmalade and lifted creme brulee finish that goes on forever. This sun-snow-ice-drenched 100% Vidal has a modest 9.3% alcohol, perfect 215 g/L residual sugar and hefty 11 g/L of mouthwatering acidity. |
