| A REPEAT of the recommended 2017 (***) was released on February 8, 2020 at $28.95. Here is my previous note: Light yellow gold colour. Sweet, honeyed, spicy, Seville orange marmalade nose with some tropical caramel notes. Very sweet, medium bodied, rich, smooth, spicy, honeyed, apple-pear-tinged, Seville orange marmalade flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged finish. Has 10% alcohol and now according to the LCBO 247 g/L residual sugar. This tasty 2017 is now a Vintages Essential and comes in a gift box. |
