| Deep gold colour surprises. Very intense nose of canned peaches with a hint of earthy oxidation and a lacquer/varnish note. May still settle out in bottle. Full bodied, sweet and aggressive with sour acidity. (MT - 85) My take on this wine was different - more sweet stewed apricot flavours with some vanilla sugar notes. (87) |
