| Not in release shopping list but appears on page 39 of the Vintages Catalogue. Fairly deep yellow gold colour. Very sweet, honeyed, marmalade nose. Very sweet, medium bodied, quite well structured, fairly viscous, buckwheat honey, apricot jam and Seville orange marmalade flavours with a long, spicy, refreshingly bright finish. Has great acidity and should age (and improve) gracefully. Has 9.5% alcohol and 226 g/L residual sugar. A repeat of the recommended 2015 (*** with 91-points) released on September 16, 2016 at $45.95. |

| TASTING NOTE: Wonderfully complex aromas of apricot and peach nectar, ripe mango, nectarine, poached pear, candied citrus zest, honey and marmalade, all of which echo with pristine clarity on the palate. It's certainly sweet on the tongue, yet a rush of cleansing acidity keeps things fresh and lively from start to finish. Pair with grilled peaches, apricot tart or semi-sweet peach pie.
