| Bright medium gold colour. Very sweet, intense, warm baked apple puree nose. Intense, very sweet, medium to medium-full bodied, viscous, harmonious, mouthfilling, honeyed, spicy, melon-apricot-apple puree flavours with a lifted, Seville orange marmalade tinged finish. A repeat of the recommended 2013 (***) released on September 19, 2015 at $24.95. TONY ASPLER / 92-points / BUY - Honeyed peach and barley sugar nose; full-bodied, intense orange and barley sugar flavours; full in the mouth with a lively, palate-freshening spine of acidity. | TASTING NOTE: This is truly liquid candy. The nose is honey and caramel with a slight nuttiness to it. The flavours on this wine are orange and peach with very strong notes of sponge toffee. The acidity is a little more subdued on this icewine so you will definitely want to enjoy this paired with some cheeses or other salty dishes.
