| Bright medium yellow colour. Intense, sweet, slightly tropical, apple puree nose with some caramel notes. Sweet, medium bodied, fairly viscous, quite well structured, spicy, honeyed, ripe apple puree flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. Has 10.4% alcohol and 229 g/L residual sugar. |
