| Light golden yellow colour. Intense, sweet, spicy, ripe apple puree nose with some honeyed, caramel notes. Very sweet, medium-light bodied, intense, spicy, ripe melon-apple puree flavours with a lingering, gently viscous, albeit bright, gently effervescent, honeyed-caramel finish. Drink soon. Has 9.5% alcohol and 231 g/L residual sugar. The 2012 (***) was released on December 6, 2014 at $79.95. |
