| Light reddish pink colour. Spicy, sweet, caramel-plum nose with some ripe strawberry notes. Spicy, sweet, ripe, plummy red apple-strawberry flavours with a lingering, caramel-tinged finish. With a whopping 13% alcohol, this icewine has only 141 g/L residual sugar. It’s a blend of 35% Cabernet Franc, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Mourvedre and 14% Syrah. The 2008 (**+/***) was released on February 6, 2010 at $39.95. |
