TASTING NOTE: Full yellow-gold with aromas of honeycomb, maple syrup, peach nectar, apricot and sweet lemonade. Sweet and delectably fruity, brought into instant balance by vibrant acidity. Interesting spiced tea note emerges on the mid-palate. The finish is long and lush. Try with foie gras or a fruit custard. (Vintages panel, Dec. 2011) |
