| Our panel’s tasting note: Full straw/yellow colour. Aromas suggest spring garrigue, rose petals, cinnamon, apple crisp. Medium sweet, balanced by good crisp acid. Elegant and fairly clean. A lovely, lighter styled Icewine. (Nov. 15, 2000) |
