CABERNET FRANC ICEWINE 2007 VQA Short Hills Bench, Niagara Peninsula |
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |
Producer |
HENRY OF PELHAM |
Very red colour. Attractive, sweet, spicy, plummy, baked ripe apple purée nose. Sweet, medium to medium-light bodied, plummy, ripe apple purée flavours with a lingering, honeyed, strawberry-tinged finish. Seems considerably better than when last tasted for the October 11, 2008 release. |
