Medium light yellow colour. Rich, sweet, honeyed, baked apple nose. Tangy, bright, fairly elegant, sweet but balanced, vibrant, gently viscous, ripe apple-lemon purée flavours with a lingering, tropical tinged finish. Try chilled with foie gras or dessert. Tasted once. |
