Vibrant day glo deep intense golden yellow colour. Sweet, spicy, dried ripe pear nose. Sweet, well balanced, fairly well structured, medium bodied, fruity, ripe tropical fruit cocktail flavours with a lingering finish. Tastes much better than when originally released - November 6, 2004 at $28.95. |

This multi-award winning Icewine has done well internationally winning Gold medals at both Vinitaly 2005 and Vinexpo 2004. TASTING NOTE: Great Stuff - and it's not the first time I've been blown away by maturing Strewn icewine with its real depth and power. Deepening yellow gold colour. Very sweet, complex and complete with aromas of honey, peach, freshly baked pastry and butter. Full creamy texture, very sweet, opulent with great acidity and outstanding length. Enjoy now or hold another 3 or 4 years. Score - 93. (David Lawrason, Wine Access, April 2006) |
