| Light gold colour. Intense, very sweet, tropical fruit cocktail nose. Well structured, fairly viscous, well structured, medium to medium full bodied, rather spicy, sweet, caramelized baked apple flavours with some tropical notes on the lingering, honeyed, high acid finish. Has 205 g/l of residual sugar (21%) and good total acidity of 12.8 g/l. Great served chilled with Quebec foie gras or as an after dinner sipper. |
