Already released - available in stores now! Tasting note: What is unique about this wine is that it's Ontario's (and I imagine the world's) first icewine bottled under screwcap… Old gold colour; honeyed dried apricot on the nose; a concentrated flavour of candy apple, not too sweet, good balancing acidity, medium weight, charming but a little blunt on the finish; toffee note lingers.
