The Gala is hosted by Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Falls.. Often called the "Oscars" of the Ontario wine industry, the evening celebrates the Cuvée Award winners. Cuvée Weekend, consisting of the Cuvée Gala, t he Cuvée Awards, and Cuvée en Route, is a celebration of the Ontario wine and food in the heart of Niagara wine country. The Canadian Food & Beverage Show and HostEx are the industry events providing a venue for buyers and sellers of industry products. In an effort to leverage the attributes of both events, the CRFA is marrying these expositions to create the CRFA Show. Held at Direct Energ y Centre - Exhibition Place, Sunday and Monday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Tuesday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
